Mobile Automotive Detailing Technician
Compensation: $16.50–$20.00/hour + Tips + Bonuses + $15 Daily Lunch Stipend

What the Job Looks Like
This is a hands-on, mobile position. Technicians travel to customer locations in company vehicles and perform professional automotive detailing services using company-provided equipment, chemicals, and processes.
A typical day
- Preparing the detailing van and equipment
- Traveling to customer homes, businesses, or partner locations
- Performing interior and exterior detailing services
- Cleaning wheels, tires, paint, glass, interiors, carpets, leather, and trim
- Working alongside another technician or independently depending on skill level
- Following established detailing procedures
- Performing final quality-control inspections
- Taking required before-and-after photos
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Maintaining and organizing equipment
- Cleaning and resetting the detailing van at the end of the day
Technicians may work on everything from daily drivers to luxury, exotic, and collector vehicles.
Who We’re Looking For
Detailing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior automotive detailing
- Follow all 833 Auto Spa detailing procedures and quality standards
- Properly use detailing chemicals, equipment, tools, and machines
- Inspect completed work before presenting the vehicle to the customer
- Identify and correct missed areas before leaving a job
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Keep company vehicles, equipment, towels, tools, and supplies organized
- Document vehicle condition when required
- Take before-and-after photographs
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Protect customer vehicles and property
- Follow company safety procedures
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts
- Assist other technicians when necessary
- Participate in training and skill development
Schedule
We are a mobile service business, so schedules may vary depending on customer appointments.
Schedule may include weekdays and weekends depending on customer demand.
Candidates should have reasonable schedule flexibility.
Every vehicle is documented with before-and-after photography and a final quality-control inspection before it is returned to the customer.

Technicians complete services independently, perform final quality-control inspections, communicate professionally with customers, and consistently represent 833 Auto Spa's standards in the field.
Advancement is based on demonstrated skills, performance, quality, reliability, and the ability to work independently — not simply time employed.
